By the way , I agree that people should not borrow to by a house. However, realistically who has 150,000-5000,000 laying around for a mortgage?

yes U probably helped quite a bit. ignorance is a reason. with more information U can be prepared without the information things can be taken away, just that simple . Why do U think banks,credit companies thrive? Not just that people do not have money to pay a mortgage they lack information as I did from how to make money N a pinch to knowing their rights. I guarantee U out of the 500,000 foreclosure N California at least 30 % could have kept their house with having some basic knowledge..

@buzzclick500 Onthe contrary, I knwo that things can be meant for you and be stolen or taken , also yes there are missed opportunities that may be meant for you but you missed them. I use to believe that until I looked at the things that were taken away form me , a great amount of money, two houses, equity in houses capitol, jobs. No, I was not aware that there are forces that will try and keep things form you if you are not actively diligent to keep them or get them. trust me its true!
