Right outside the city limits, this self storage facility has been a locally owned fixture for over thirty years. Because the facility location is beyond the city limits there are no city property taxes. As of current writing, all of the forty-five self storage units are rented out with many of them being under contract for one full year. All current rental contracts can be and will be passed on to any potential buyer and the terms of these contracts can be renegotiated if the new owner so chooses.

Located directly off a major highway, the particular self storage facility can be seen by thousands of passing drivers all day and every day. Everyone looking for more self storage facility options can view the self storage facility whether coming or going. Tourist and locals alike drive by the facility which is a great advertisement in itself. Mostly due to the location, investment in advertising has been minimal over the years, and yet the storage facility continually boasts a near one hundred percent occupancy rate. All of these rental rates are far lower than any nearby competitors, however, a recent survey of regional rental rates shows that the currently low rates can be increased, further enhancing an already high profit margin, and still remain well below the regional average rental rates. While there are currently forty-five self storage units, there is an additional one half acre of undeveloped surrounding land included in the sale price. This land could be used for an expansion that could nearly double the current capacity of the self storage facility.

As of now, the owner is the only person employed by the self storage facility. There are no labor costs, and maintenance is so minimal that the current owner also handles any maintenance issues that arise. For awhile now, the owner normally works around forty hours a week, and has the weekends off. The self storage facility is completely a self-sufficient entity. For security there is an eight foot chain link fence topped with razor wire surrounds the entire self storage facility property. An automated gate locked with a personalized key code is the only access to the premises. Four cameras monitor the entire facility twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Each self storage unit can be accessed by a steel garage door that can be locked by the rental client. The client is the only individual with access to their personal self storage unit. Also, available with the sale of the self storage facility is an opportunity to purchase an insurance package that limits the liability of the in the case of theft, burglary, or weather damage.

If you are interested in being your own boss, making your own work schedule, and working in a low stress environment, then purchasing this self storage facility is for you. Act now to secure this low risk business venture and help guarantee your financial security. Ask for owner financed loans to help purchase this self storage facility.

Much of the self help and spiritual growth teachings you will find in the local bookstore is designed to create new habits, attitudes and beliefs. This helps you to operate in a more successful or satisfactory way and become more empowered. They use techniques to get you to think more productive thoughts or feel more empowering feelings.

The question arises, “Why do people create these disempowering habits, beliefs and attitudes in the first place?” Though these self help modalities are certainly well intentioned, research in the field of human change and energy psychology has shown that more effective and permanent transformation happens at deeper levels of our mind and heart. The foundation of negative emotions, poor self image and limiting self referencing beliefs are held in the subconscious mind by our resistance. Our belief systems and self images started being formed when we were very young.

Everyone has built up a measure of repressed or unprocessed material and stored it away where it supposedly will not bother them. The problem with that is this stuff can pop up when you least expect it. Covering it over with a new belief may hide it for a while. However, when you practice saying to yourself “I am a beautiful person, people love me”. Where do all your feelings of “I’m a horrible mother!” go? What happens to your belief that says, “I am worthless”?

The main problem with the covering over or adding of a new program is that this still ignores the huge mountain of counter programming that you already have operating. For the most part, this tends to sweep your “stuff” under the rug. This unconscious material remains untouched no matter how much you try to pile new on top of it.

One example of this type of “positive programming” encourages you to repeat affirmations. So, if you want to create abundance you would repeat “I am rich, I am wealthy, I have no lack… etc.” You would repeat that as often as possible to try to create the belief and the mindset that makes those things possible.

My question is, why do you have to repeat it? Why can’t you just decide something and do it? Bingo. It’s your “stuff”, your unconscious programming getting in the way. It may not be visible or obvious to you right now, but this programming affects you much more than you realize.

This could be the reason most people find little help in trying to raise themselves out of debilitating states by putting a “good face” on it. They take one step forward then two steps back. Trying to cover over repressed pain and negativity is like putting a band aid on cancer. Eventually it will come back to haunt you.

It seems to take a tremendous amount of energy and effort to get beyond this unconscious programming doesn’t it? The vast majority of people often succumb to living under it’s influence. Of those that use the “covering” type of reprogramming techniques, there are few who can maintain the effort.

That’s the next difficulty. In order to keep your unconscious programming at bay, it’s usually necessary to do continual maintenance. This takes even more energy. Wouldn’t it be better to install a new operating system onto a clean hard drive? Isn’t it more effective to scrape the old paint off before repainting?

I will not deny that you can experience some positive effects from applying positive programming to your life. If you just want to feel a little better or have a little more success then by all means use those techniques. However, there is more to it. A lot more.

Perhaps your energy could be better spent removing everything in the way? Then you could just decide you want to create something, acquire the attributes needed and just do it. This type of ability only comes from having an unobstructed path from your creative desire to it’s manifestation. This means no resistance, counter intentions or limiting negative beliefs.

The most lasting and fundamental change will happen only if we address the deepest layers where the issues or problems reside. Human change science is rapidly developing new processes that teach you to do just that. These processes work from the inside out. They get to the roots of your particular problems, uproot them and let you start again with a clean slate.

The most common name for this type of self development work is Clearing Work. Sometimes it is called “processing” or Transformational processing. There are many varieties that have sprung up over the last 10 years. There is a lot of research going on and the results are exciting to say the least.

Research has shown that 80% of every organization investments is spend to improve the human capabilities and promote their interests and 20% of the investments are spend for technological upgrading and production improvements. Entering today the new advanced management practices of knowledge management, investment through people is divided to three general categories.

1. LEARNING ON THE JOB: To develop leadership on the job requires that employees take jobs or project assignments that include leadership responsibilities. Early in a person’s career, working as an individual contributor on team projects provides many opportunities for learning effective leadership. Being a project leader allows an employee to use different types of power and observe how people react to employees attempts to influence them. Team leaders can also ask team members for candid feedback and suggestions for improvement. The rest of the team members can also learn, by observing the relationship between the leader and the team and by practicing the use of referent and expert power.

2. FORMAL ASSESSMENT AND TRAINING: Many organizations ensure that their most talented employees receive formal leadership assessments and attend leadership training programs. These can be conducted in the organization’s own educational facilities, at a college or university, through a computer simulation program managed by human resource companies that play the trainers’ role. Regardless of location, formal assessment and training programs include evaluation of the individual’s current approach to leadership and provide educational experiences designed to improve the individual’s effectiveness as a leader.

3. COACHING AND MENTORING: Whether held at a college campus or at corporations’ premises, most formal leadership development programs take place in traditional classroom settings. Leaders who prefer a more personal approach can hire a personal leadership coach or work with a mentor. Personal coaches can provide an intensive leadership development experience. But they can be quite costly. Few people can afford this method of leadership development. For many managers, having a mentor is more feasible. Mentors are often supervisors or senior colleagues in an organization who provide advice and guidance about a variety of career-related concerns. They can help a manager understand how others respond to his or hers behaviors and point out weaknesses or blind spots. They also serve as role models that a manager can emulate and provide valuable advice concerning the styles of leadership favored in an organization. Finally, they assist a manager in developing leadership capabilities by helping the manager find assignments that will foster on-the-job learning.

Have been looking to read a book on how to apply the law of attraction and the theory behind it. Do you know of any that are really good?

In middle school and freshman year I really didn’t care about what people though when I did things. I’m a junior now and since last year I’ve been really self conscious. I don’t really act out anymore, talk loud, do anything other than my work in class and be quiet. I have braces and I think that’s part of the problem, but I had them in middle school and didn’t have them but had bad teeth in ninth grade. What can I do to help me get over it and stop caring about what other people think?

i have the same exact problem, i feel like i cant be myself around the people at school and i hate that because usually im really outgoing and crazy but when im at school.. its different? but ppl tell me all the time i shouldn’t be self conscious. i hope someone gives you a good answer because i’d like to know also
